Para IQSEC la inclusi\u00f3n de las mujeres en \u00e1reas de ciencia, tecnolog\u00eda, ingenier\u00eda y\u00a0 matem\u00e1ticas deben ser una prioridad en pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas y privadas<\/p>\n

Para IQSEC,<\/strong><\/a> La inclusi\u00f3n de las mujeres en las \u00e1reas de la ciencia, la tecnolog\u00eda, la ingenier\u00eda y las matem\u00e1ticas debe ser una prioridad en las pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas y privadas de todos los sectores productivos, considerando que estamos a tan solo 22 meses de una automatizaci\u00f3n global prevista por el Foro Econ\u00f3mico Mundial, en la que se sustituir\u00e1n 85 millones de actividades, con 97 millones de nuevos empleos relacionados, principalmente, con inteligencia artificial y Big Data.\"\"<\/p>\n

\n

\u201cPor ello, IQSEC<\/a> impulsa la innovaci\u00f3n\u00a0en ciberseguridad e identidad digital con igualdad de g\u00e9nero, considerando que se necesitan crear mayores espacios de participaci\u00f3n de las mujeres en las \u00e1reas STEM (<\/em>Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics por sus siglas en ingl\u00e9s), para combatir el rezago de talento tecnol\u00f3gico\u201d. <\/em>As\u00ed lo destac\u00f3 Paola Aguirre Espa\u00f1a, Co-Fundadora de la empresa l\u00edder en Ciberseguridad e Identidad Digital, quien forma parte del 5% de mujeres inmersas en la Tecnolog\u00eda en posici\u00f3n de liderazgo, de acuerdo con la consultora EY.<\/p>\n

\u201cEstamos robusteciendo nuestras estrategias para lograr una paridad entre mujeres y hombres en IQSEC, pero necesitamos que haya mayores incentivos educativos orientados a hacer crecer la matr\u00edcula de estudiantes femeninos. Hoy <\/em>solo 3 de cada 10 profesionistas de las STEM son mujeres\u201d,<\/em> detall\u00f3 la Directora de Branding Corporativo .<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Si bien, seg\u00fan el Instituto Mexicano para la Competitividad (IMCO), la matr\u00edcula de mujeres en carreras STEM, entre 2012 y 2022, creci\u00f3 4.4% por a\u00f1o, se necesita un aumento de al menos 71% anual para alcanzar un nivel similar al de los hombres.<\/p>\n

\n

\u201cEsto, por supuesto, impacta en la fuerza laboral de los sectores de energ\u00eda-industrial y Telecom, donde hay una representaci\u00f3n femenina de 24% y 40%, respectivamente\u201d,<\/em> detall\u00f3 la tambi\u00e9n Ingeniera en Cibern\u00e9tica.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Estas cifras, extra\u00eddas del Women Matter M\u00e9xico 2022, demuestran las \u00e1reas de oportunidad que a\u00fan se tienen como sector y pa\u00eds, pese a que hoy en d\u00eda el 74% de las empresas en M\u00e9xico describen la diversidad de g\u00e9nero como una de sus 10 prioridades principales, frente al 48 por ciento de las empresas en 2017.<\/p>\n

\u201cUno de los ejes rectores de IQSEC es la innovaci\u00f3n\u00a0en ciberseguridad e identidad digital con igualdad de g\u00e9nero, somos una empresa que fomenta una postura igualitaria en oportunidades e incentivos para el talento femenino\u201d,<\/em> explic\u00f3 Analaura Schurmann, Directora de Recursos Humanos. quien detall\u00f3 que, actualmente, las mujeres en la empresa ocupan m\u00e1s del 30% del personal, por encima de la media mundial en el sector, que es del 25%, seg\u00fan el informe Women in Cybersecurity 2022, realizado por la organizaci\u00f3n de certificaciones en seguridad (ISC)2.<\/p>\n

\u201cSi bien hemos tenido un avance, a\u00fan hacen falta estrategias que nos permitan la paridad de g\u00e9nero, incluso, la ONU, este a\u00f1o ha marcado como tema prioritario para la conmemoraci\u00f3n del D\u00eda Internacional de la Mujer, el lema \u201c<\/em>Por un mundo digital inclusivo: Innovaci\u00f3n y tecnolog\u00eda para la igualdad de g\u00e9nero\u201d. Lo que refleja la necesidad imperante de reconocer y fomentar la participaci\u00f3n de las mujeres en las \u00e1reas tecnol\u00f3gicas\u201d,<\/em> afirm\u00f3 la especialista en materia laboral.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

El informe Gender Snapshot 2022 de ONU Mujeres<\/a>,<\/strong> advierte que en la \u00faltima d\u00e9cada la exclusi\u00f3n de mujeres en el mundo digital ha generado la reducci\u00f3n de 1 bill\u00f3n de d\u00f3lares del producto interno bruto (PIB) en los pa\u00edses con ingresos bajos y medios, una p\u00e9rdida que aumentar\u00e1 a 1.5 billones de d\u00f3lares en 2025 si no se toman medidas.<\/p>\n

\n

\u201cTodo indica que el 2025 ser\u00e1 un a\u00f1o crucial en temas laborales y tecnol\u00f3gicos. Por un lado, habr\u00e1 97 millones de nuevos empleos digitales vacantes y se perder\u00e1n grandes cantidades de dinero, si no se asume la responsabilidad de incentivar, formar, motivar y retener el talento femenino para ocupar puestos operativos y de liderazgo dentro del sector\u201d,<\/em> finaliz\u00f3 Analaura Schurmann.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n
