No es casualidad que Intel y Dell festejen 30 a\u00f1os de existencia, las empresas se han ido acompa\u00f1ando desde el procesador 386.<\/p>\n

2022 es un a\u00f1o muy importante para Intel y Dell<\/a> ya que gracias a sus alianzas cumplen 30 a\u00f1os innovando, siendo l\u00edderes en la transformaci\u00f3n tecnol\u00f3gica en M\u00e9xico.<\/p>\n

Y para realizar esta gran transformaci\u00f3n tecnol\u00f3gica en las organizaciones, Dell lanz\u00f3 hace nueve a\u00f1os Dell Financial Services<\/em>, mejor conocido como el \u201cBanco de Dell\u201d<\/em> el cual ayuda a financiar, promover y habilitar tecnolog\u00eda en las compa\u00f1\u00edas, este financiamiento ayuda a micro, medianas y grandes organizaciones a partir de 10,000 d\u00f3lares, con el fin de que se transformen financieramente.<\/p>\n

Est\u00e1 comprobado que los videojuegos se desarrollan habilidades estrat\u00e9gicas, desarrollo organizacional, manejo de idiomas, todos formando equipos en el campo de juego, el director de Dell<\/a> nos comparti\u00f3 que en conjunto de Intel y del Tec de Monterrey copatrocinaron Alien Borregos Arenas, una en el Campus Monterrey y otra en Guadalajara para estar promoviendo a trav\u00e9s del gaming todas estas habilidades.<\/p>\n

La colaboraci\u00f3n entre Dell<\/a> Technologies e Intel ha influenciado no s\u00f3lo a consumidores y empresas, sino al mismo futuro: ambas empresas buscan fomentar el desarrollo del talento para un crecimiento constante de las industrias y, por ende, de la tecnolog\u00eda. Sus compromisos reflejan una creciente sensaci\u00f3n de urgencia para trabajar con otros para abordar los desaf\u00edos a los que no se pueden hacer frente de manera individual, como lo es la educaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

Metas para el 2030<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Dell apuesta por la inclusi\u00f3n y la diversidad, la empresa busca que el 50% de su plantilla mundial y el 40% de los puestos directivos est\u00e9n ocupado por mujeres hacia 2030 con apoyo de las carreras Steam<\/p>\n

En temas de sostenibilidad, la empresa pretende reducir a la mitad sus emisiones de efecto invernadero y lograr que empaques y embalajes est\u00e9n fabricados con 100% de materiales reciclados.<\/p>\n

En el caso de Intel<\/a>,<\/strong> trabajan en impulsar la diversidad de g\u00e9nero en la industria, con el objetivo de que el 40% de las posiciones de ingenier\u00eda est\u00e9n ocupados por mujeres con Carreras Stem<\/p>\n

\u00bfQu\u00e9 son las carreras Stem y porqu\u00e9 las impulsan tanto?<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Las carreras Steam est\u00e1n enfocadas en Ciencias, Tecnolog\u00eda, Ingenier\u00eda, Matem\u00e1ticas, Santiago Cardona <\/strong>afirm\u00f3 que la iniciativa privada y las instituciones educativas deben trabajar en conjunto para desarrollar a profesionales, las cuales se requieren en un futuro inmediato<\/p>\n

En tres a\u00f1os el sector tecnol\u00f3gico generar\u00e1 150 millones de empleos, de los cuales 10 millones ser\u00e1n en Latam y la mitad estar\u00e1n en M\u00e9xico, lo que significa que los egresados no est\u00e1n creciendo a la par de los empleos, entre los perfiles que m\u00e1s buscan las empresas se encuentran el data Analyst, la parte de la ciberseguridad y especialistas ciencia y tecnolog\u00eda, esto gracias a la transformaci\u00f3n digital de las empresas.<\/p>\n
