{"id":45028,"date":"2022-02-10T16:33:51","date_gmt":"2022-02-10T22:33:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/boletin.com.mx\/?p=45028"},"modified":"2022-02-10T16:33:51","modified_gmt":"2022-02-10T22:33:51","slug":"stulz-mexico-hace-ajustes-para-fortalecer-su-preferencia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/imprentaedicom.mx\/boletin2023\/2022\/02\/10\/stulz-mexico-hace-ajustes-para-fortalecer-su-preferencia\/","title":{"rendered":"Stulz M\u00e9xico hace ajustes para fortalecer su preferencia"},"content":{"rendered":"<h5 style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Stulz M\u00e9xico reforzar\u00e1 su presencia regional y planea aumentar su red de distribuci\u00f3n en m\u00e1s de un 15%, adem\u00e1s de su plantilla laboral.<\/em><\/h5>\n<hr \/>\n<p>El fabricante de sistemas de aire acondicionado de precisi\u00f3n para aplicaciones de misi\u00f3n cr\u00edtica <a href=\"https:\/\/boletin.com.mx\/industria-tic\/stulz-mexico-tiene-nuevo-director-general\/\"><strong>Stulz M\u00e9xico<\/strong><\/a> anunci\u00f3 el nombramiento de <strong>Juan Carlos Casillas<\/strong>, como <strong>Gerente Comercial<\/strong>, un movimiento empresarial que ser\u00e1 clave para dar continuidad al posicionamiento de la empresa en el territorio nacional.<\/p>\n<p>A trav\u00e9s de un comunicado, <strong>Juan Carlos Casillas<\/strong> resalt\u00f3 que la estrategia a seguir ser\u00e1 realizar una restructura comercial y sectorizar la presencia de la compa\u00f1\u00eda en regiones clave para brindar una cobertura m\u00e1s personalizada y cercana.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 80px;\"><em>\u201cEs fundamental mantenernos cerca de los canales de distribuci\u00f3n y clientes finales. Siempre hemos tenido una cobertura nacional desde la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico, pero hemos decidido establecer presencia local en Guadalajara y Monterrey para agilizar la atenci\u00f3n y estar m\u00e1s cerca de los clientes y reforzamos la confianza\u201d, subray\u00f3 el directivo.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan datos de la compa\u00f1\u00eda, los sectores con m\u00e1s demanda de soluciones de enfriamiento para aplicaciones de misi\u00f3n cr\u00edtica fueron: Telecomunicaciones se mantuvo como el segmento dominante en 2021 con un 40%, seguido por el <strong>automotriz<\/strong> con 18%, <strong>retail<\/strong> con 12%, <strong>gobierno<\/strong> con un 20% y 10% entre <strong>Salud e Industria 4.0.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>Estrategia del 2022<\/h2>\n<p>La estrategia de negocios de <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.stulz.com.mx\/es\/\">Stulz M\u00e9xico<\/a><\/strong> para el 2022, se centrar\u00e1 en tres principales pilares:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Factor humano.<\/strong> La compa\u00f1\u00eda se centrar\u00e1 en la atracci\u00f3n y retenci\u00f3n de talento. A lo largo de 2022 implementar\u00e1n programas de capacitaci\u00f3n continua para sus colaboradores y se mantendr\u00e1 cercano a ellos. Con lo que planean crecer un 12% su plantilla laboral para finales de este a\u00f1o.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Enfoque 100% en el canal de distribuci\u00f3n.<\/strong> Durante 2022, la comercializaci\u00f3n de las soluciones de Stulz se llevar\u00e1 a cabo a trav\u00e9s de los socios estrat\u00e9gicos de la compa\u00f1\u00eda, esto obedece a la especializaci\u00f3n que ha habido en el canal y la necesidad de est\u00e1s especializaciones para abordar la transformaci\u00f3n digital en el pa\u00eds de manera correcta y eficiente. Aunado a su estrategia de presencia sectorizada en M\u00e9xico, Stulz prev\u00e9 que este a\u00f1o su red de distribuidores aumente entre un 15% y 20%.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Inversiones inteligentes.<\/strong> La compa\u00f1\u00eda seguir\u00e1 apostando por la inversi\u00f3n en el pa\u00eds, por lo que para finales primer trimestre de 2022 inaugurar\u00e1 su \u201cTest Center\u201d, ubicado en Toluca, Estado de M\u00e9xico.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Juan Carlos Casillas<\/strong> adelant\u00f3 que durante 2022 los sectores de construcci\u00f3n, salud, banca y educaci\u00f3n realizar\u00e1n inversiones interesantes para enfrentar los retos de la pandemia. Adem\u00e1s, debido al buen desarrollo de la industria en este primer trimestre del a\u00f1o, <strong>Stulz M\u00e9xico<\/strong> espera que, al final del 2022, se incremente entre 4% y 6% su penetraci\u00f3n de mercado, con respecto al a\u00f1o anterior.
