Cloud, ciberseguridad y programas de sostenibilidad estar\u00e1n tomando mayor relevancia como tendencias 2022 en mercado de impresi\u00f3n.<\/em><\/h5>\n

Las empresas deben establecer nuevos objetivos y dise\u00f1ar estrategias que les ayuden a enfrentar los retos para 2022. Dentro del proceso, es importante considerar todas las \u00e1reas del negocio, incluyendo la mercado de\u00a0 impresi\u00f3n y digitalizaci\u00f3n de documentos. Para Lexmark<\/a> es importante preparar a sus socios de canal y apoyar a sus clientes para un a\u00f1o dominado por la necesidad de ajustarse a la nueva realidad en \u00e1reas remodeladas por la pandemia. Bas\u00e1ndose en el estudio IDC FutureScape: Worldwide Imaging, Printing, and Document Solutions 2022 Predictions<\/em><\/a>, la empresa comparte cuatro principales tendencias que prev\u00e9 marcar\u00e1n el mercado a partir del pr\u00f3ximo a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n

Cloud como prioridad empresarial<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Para el 2023, el 60% de las compa\u00f1\u00edas a nivel global implementar\u00e1n tecnolog\u00edas basadas en la nube para el monitoreo y la administraci\u00f3n remota de la flota de impresi\u00f3n. Esto permitir\u00e1 el alta y baja de dispositivos de forma \u00e1gil y r\u00e1pida, eliminar\u00e1 la necesidad de infraestructura en sitio y estandarizar\u00e1 la operaci\u00f3n en las diferentes \u00e1reas de una compa\u00f1\u00eda.<\/p>\n

Los departamentos de TI solicitar\u00e1n ayuda a los proveedores de tecnolog\u00eda y servicios de impresi\u00f3n para determinar el mejor enfoque para desplegar una soluci\u00f3n de gesti\u00f3n basada en la nube. Los canales deber\u00e1n considerar que los clientes necesitar\u00e1n soluciones de impresi\u00f3n h\u00edbridas adaptadas espec\u00edficamente a su contexto organizativo.<\/p>\n

Sostenibilidad como motor de la adopci\u00f3n de la nube<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Las empresas mantienen en sus agendas los objetivos de mejorar en temas de sustentabilidad. De hecho, IDC predice que para el 2023 el 60% de los clientes con Servicios Administrados de Impresi\u00f3n<\/strong><\/a> (MPS, por sus siglas en ingl\u00e9s) considerar\u00e1n a los programas de sustentabilidad como un factor clave al momento de elegir un proveedor.<\/p>\n

Los clientes de MPS deber\u00e1n establecer objetivos de sostenibilidad e identificar el papel que juega este tipo de servicio dentro de sus objetivos. Los proveedores de servicios administrados en el mercado de impresi\u00f3n tendr\u00e1n cumplir con los requisitos especificando su pol\u00edtica de sostenibilidad, logros y objetivos futuros. Ambas partes tendr\u00edan que incluir m\u00e9tricas y revisiones peri\u00f3dicas para monitorear el rendimiento y alineaci\u00f3n a las metas sustentables acordadas.<\/p>\n

Seguridad por defecto e imprescindible<\/strong><\/h2>\n

La infraestructura de impresi\u00f3n necesita estar incluida en este marco, debido a que las impresoras y multifuncionales son dispositivos inteligentes que forman parte del ambiente IoT del mundo, con conectividad directa a la red corporativa de las empresas.<\/p>\n

Herramientas y tecnolog\u00edas espec\u00edficas pueden ser requeridas para garantizar los flujos de trabajo de la seguridad de impresi\u00f3n, tales como el desarrollo de aplicaciones seguras, impresi\u00f3n en la nube, certificados de dispositivos, capacidades del dispositivo en capas, encriptaci\u00f3n y autenticaci\u00f3n multifactor.<\/p>\n

Cambio de A3 a A4<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Durante la pandemia, muchas organizaciones han tenido que reinventarse y restructurarse para mantenerse rentables y competitivas en el mercado. Un factor que encarece altamente los gastos en impresi\u00f3n es la necesidad de imprimir en formato A3 o doble carta, debido al costo de inversi\u00f3n de este tipo de dispositivos y las necesidades de espacio y energ\u00eda que requieren.<\/p>\n

Por lo anterior se ha visto un mayor an\u00e1lisis de las organizaciones sobre este tipo de requerimiento, reduciendo o eliminando este formato de impresi\u00f3n donde es operacionalmente factible. Por dicho comportamiento es que IDC prev\u00e9 que, para finales de 2025, el 25% de las 2,000 empresas m\u00e1s grandes del mundo iniciar\u00e1n planes para sustituir hasta el 75% de sus fotocopiadoras A3 tradicionales por otras de menor coste, MFP A4 m\u00e1s peque\u00f1os.<\/p>\n

Se espera que el volumen medio de impresi\u00f3n mensual por dispositivo disminuir\u00e1 a un ritmo m\u00e1s r\u00e1pido. Mientras se acelera el impulso para reducir la dependencia del papel, las necesidades de impresi\u00f3n indican que muchas de las funciones avanzadas de una m\u00e1quina A3 est\u00e1n subutilizadas. Gran parte de las necesidades de producci\u00f3n de una empresa t\u00edpica pueden abordarse en gran medida mediante la evoluci\u00f3n del dispositivo A4.<\/p>\n

El servicio en sitio asociado habitualmente a las m\u00e1quinas A3 empezar\u00e1 a ser desplazado por la tecnolog\u00eda y la transici\u00f3n a A4. El aumento previsto del uso de herramientas de gesti\u00f3n de impresi\u00f3n remotas y en la nube reducir\u00e1 las necesidades de servicio en sitio. Se prestar\u00e1 m\u00e1s servicio iniciado por el usuario o basado en el usuario, pero ser\u00e1 complementado virtualmente por el proveedor.
