En el futuro, pondremos un mayor \u00e9nfasis en la experiencia general del cliente con nuestro concepto \u201cF.U.N.\u201d: First, Unique y New (primero, \u00fanico y novedoso) tres atributos que destacar\u00e1n en todas las experiencias de los clientes en 2022\u201d, indic\u00f3 <strong>Cho<\/strong>.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Las innovaciones en experiencia del cliente incluir\u00e1n oportunidades de contacto adicionales con a\u00fan m\u00e1s clientes para predecir y responder con mayor precisi\u00f3n a los nuevos estilos de vida y tendencias del mercado, dijo <strong>Cho<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 80px;\"><em>\u201cLo lograremos construyendo sobre lo que hemos creado, fortaleciendo nuestra planificaci\u00f3n para el futuro.
