Durante el NRF, Honeywell destac\u00f3 la necesidad de avanzar de la mano con las tendencias, migrando de una visi\u00f3n comercial centrada en el producto y convertirla hacia una perspectiva de servicio, donde lo que el canal busca son respuestas a sus requerimientos<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Antes los fabricantes hac\u00edamos productos y los clientes los acondicionaban a su entorno, para ver c\u00f3mo funcionaban como se desenvolv\u00edan en sus diferentes segmentos. Hoy es el contrario, ahora se trata de captar esas necesidades desde el desarrollo mismo de producto, ya no limitados a la parte de hardware, sino a su prop\u00f3sito integral. Actualmente la tendencia de mercado no es sobre vender un dispositivo, sino sobre habilitar soluciones,&#8221; coment\u00f3 Edgar Ordo\u00f1ez, Director de Cuentas Estrat\u00e9gicas en Honeywell.<\/p>\n<p>Tal eje se ve ejemplificado con el auge de la econom\u00eda digital y su desglose en esferas de servicio, Software as a Service (SaaS), Hardware as a Service (HaaS) y servicios administrados, vertientes que impactan de manera clara en la industria POS.<\/p>\n<p>El ejecutivo destac\u00f3 que esta visi\u00f3n de mercado permite el empoderamiento del usuario, brind\u00e1ndole la posibilidad de concentrar en un dispositivo las herramientas necesarias para habilitar la operaci\u00f3n desde cualquier momento y lugar, con conexi\u00f3n para toma de decisiones.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Los dispositivos son un producto cada vez m\u00e1s ligero, a pesar de los augurios de que era una fuente que durar\u00eda de 6 a 8 a\u00f1os. Son elementos que se han vuelto inherentes a la vida personal, extendiendo su injerencia durante un lapso de 2 a 3 a\u00f1os por usuario, esto derivado de la vigencia estrat\u00e9gica que tiene el contenido, ni OS ni apps se mantienen m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de ese periodo, porque es un ecosistema m\u00e1s din\u00e1mico. Ahora, la pregunta es: si nosotros como usuarios adoptamos la transformaci\u00f3n, \u00bfpor qu\u00e9 las empresas no se transforman?&#8221; explic\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Ante esto, se\u00f1al\u00f3 la importancia de mantenerse a la vanguardia no s\u00f3lo en el factor tecnol\u00f3gico, sino de sumarse a una cultura de adaptaci\u00f3n constante. Este valor cobra pertinencia en \u00e9pocas retadoras, como prometen ser los siguientes meses, donde las divisas se posicionan de forma inestable de cara a econom\u00edas inciertas. Tomando esto en cuenta, Ordo\u00f1ez recomienda convertir la crisis en una oportunidad.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Tenemos un desliz de nuestra moneda e inversiones un poco contra\u00eddas, ese es el panorama que se observa para M\u00e9xico. Sin embargo, no es el fin del negocio; si bien las compa\u00f1\u00edas posponen o alargan la renovaci\u00f3n de equipo, a\u00fan hay oportunidad para las soluciones.
