BSI comparte un an\u00e1lisis detallado de puntos esenciales de ciberseguridad y protecci\u00f3n de datos para consideraci\u00f3n de las empresas.<\/h5>\n
\n

La transici\u00f3n del trabajo desde el hogar al trabajo desde la oficina requiere una gesti\u00f3n segura a medida que reocupan sus instalaciones. El mantenimiento de la capacidad de recuperaci\u00f3n de la informaci\u00f3n de una empresa es un elemento clave de estos planes para garantizar que se gestionen los riesgos de seguridad cibern\u00e9tica y que no se violen las normas de privacidad de los datos.<\/p>\n

Las organizaciones est\u00e1n examinando actualmente directrices tales como la planificaci\u00f3n de sistemas unidireccionales, la aplicaci\u00f3n de horarios de inicio y finalizaci\u00f3n escalonados, el examen de la eficacia de los controles y medidas de seguridad y la adopci\u00f3n de medidas inmediatas para mejorar los que no son eficaces.<\/p>\n

Desde la perspectiva de la seguridad cibern\u00e9tica esto incluye reevaluar las redes de sistemas, revisar la actividad de Shadow IT<\/strong><\/a>, o traer el uso de su propio dispositivo (BYOD, por sus siglas en ingl\u00e9s). Mientras que para la protecci\u00f3n de datos, el enfoque se centrar\u00e1 en los cambios en las estaciones de trabajo, los datos de salud de los empleados, las evaluaciones del impacto de la protecci\u00f3n de datos (DPIA, por sus siglas en ingl\u00e9s) y la transparencia.<\/p>\n

BSI ha delineado los siguientes 10 puntos esenciales de ciberseguridad y protecci\u00f3n de datos para su consideraci\u00f3n:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Seguridad f\u00edsica –<\/strong> aseg\u00farese de que los controles de seguridad f\u00edsica, la identificaci\u00f3n de los empleados y los medios f\u00edsicos est\u00e1n todos actualizados y son totalmente operables<\/li>\n
  2. Control de acceso –<\/strong> aseg\u00farese de que las credenciales como la autenticaci\u00f3n multifactorial (MFA, por sus siglas en ingl\u00e9s) y la expiraci\u00f3n y restablecimiento de la contrase\u00f1a est\u00e9n todas actualizadas<\/li>\n
  3. Protecci\u00f3n de datos y privacidad –<\/strong> solicite el asesoramiento de su Oficial de Protecci\u00f3n de Datos o de su Oficial de Privacidad sobre el impacto de los cambios realizados en los procesos existentes o en los nuevos procesos en los que se registran y cotejan datos. Realice evaluaciones del impacto sobre la privacidad (PIAs, por sus siglas en ingl\u00e9s) cuando sea pertinente<\/li>\n
  4. Gesti\u00f3n de activos \u2013<\/strong> reevaluar las pol\u00edticas de traer su propio dispositivo (BYOD, por sus siglas en ingl\u00e9s) y asegurarse de que todos los activos no inventariados se registran correctamente<\/li>\n
  5. Seguridad de la red –<\/strong> el acceso remoto sigue siendo importante durante la vuelta al trabajo, por lo que hay que mantener los servicios de red como las redes privadas virtuales (VPN, por sus siglas en ingl\u00e9s) disponibles y seguros<\/li>\n
  6. Gesti\u00f3n de la vulnerabilidad –<\/strong> la aplicaci\u00f3n de parches es un desaf\u00edo incluso para una organizaci\u00f3n con resiliencia a la informaci\u00f3n. Al regresar a la oficina, las organizaciones deben evaluar su postura sobre los parches, y cuando se detecte que no se pueden priorizar los parches<\/li>\n
  7. Seguridad de las operaciones –<\/strong> las organizaciones deben reevaluar cualquier configuraci\u00f3n que hayan hecho durante el per\u00edodo de trabajo desde casa para asegurarse de que siguen siendo las m\u00e1s eficaces<\/li>\n
  8. Continuidad del negocio –<\/strong> ahora es el momento de aprender de las actividades recientes – el paradigma de trabajo a distancia – y aplicar los conocimientos adquiridos para mejorar la preparaci\u00f3n del plan de continuidad del negocio<\/li>\n
  9. Gesti\u00f3n de incidentes –<\/strong> la respuesta a incidentes representa la \u00faltima l\u00ednea de defensa en caso de que se materialice un ataque. Aseg\u00farese de que su organizaci\u00f3n est\u00e1 preparada para prepararse y responder a una violaci\u00f3n de datos<\/li>\n
