En todo el mundo, la tendencia contin\u00faa revelando su poder: la movilidad ha permeado todos los aspectos de nuestras vidas, lo que dibuja una l\u00ednea muy delgada entre el \u00e1mbito personal o de recreaci\u00f3n y el productivo o de trabajo.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">Con frecuencia esta situaci\u00f3n se considera como una gran oportunidad en diversos aspectos, tales como tener la posibilidad de alcanzar a un mayor n\u00famero de consumidores a trav\u00e9s de dispositivos m\u00f3viles; ser m\u00e1s productivos al tener a la mano herramientas de trabajo, sin importar que nos encontremos a kil\u00f3metros de la oficina, etc. Sin embargo, surge la pregunta de si este es realmente un escenario positivo para todos los sectores.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">En lo que al Sector de TI respecta, se ha hecho evidente que los revendedores que logran agregar a su portafolio m\u00e1s servicios que incorporen soluciones de movilidad, son los \u00fanicos que ofrecen un valor agregado y que se distinguen en este mercado tan competitivo.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">Una m\u00e1xima muy conocida dice &#8220;donde hay misterio, hay margen&#8221;. Desafortunadamente, para los distribuidores, gran parte del misterio en las tecnolog\u00edas como las redes inal\u00e1mbricas y comunicaciones m\u00f3viles, se ha perdido. La causa de esto ha sido la mercantilizaci\u00f3n y la consumidorizaci\u00f3n de estas tecnolog\u00edas en todo el mundo, lo que en M\u00e9xico no es diferente. Su resultado es menor rentabilidad (margen) y menos oportunidades para los distribuidores, al ser el usuario final quien instrumenta las soluciones por su cuenta.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sin embargo, y por extra\u00f1o que pueda parecer, este no es el fin del mercado, sino una gran oportunidad para que los distribuidores cambien las cosas. El distribuidor debe hacer frente a esta nueva perspectiva al incorporar algo de complejidad &#8211; aqu\u00ed est\u00e1 el misterio de nuevo &#8211; a la soluci\u00f3n. Las redes inal\u00e1mbricas, por ejemplo, pueden ser muy vulnerables en cuestiones de seguridad, lo que deja un espacio para que el distribuidor posea el dominio de la situaci\u00f3n; se trata de un hueco en el sector en el que los profesionales pueden aportar soluciones y gestionar la inseguridad de las redes con el fin de apoyar al usuario final y a las empresas.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">A pesar de las amenazas de seguridad inherentes, la movilidad ha llegado para quedarse. Con todo tipo de trabajadores, la gran tendencia mundial es sin duda predominante en cuanto a la recolecci\u00f3n de datos. Ya sea que el trabajador se desempe\u00f1e en la oficina o fuera de ella, la comunicaci\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s de datos y de voz mientras se est\u00e1 lejos del escritorio o del espacio de trabajo, es vital. Las empresas mexicanas deben responder a esto, ya que actualmente los trabajadores quieren usar su propio dispositivo con la red corporativa, sin arriesgar la seguridad o la productividad. As\u00ed, dado que cada vez se incluyen m\u00e1s dispositivos m\u00f3viles en el ambiente de trabajo, su gesti\u00f3n, seguridad y almacenamiento de datos brindan oportunidades excepcionales para que los revendedores ofrezcan servicios y soluciones de valor a sus usuarios finales.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">En resumen, la movilidad ofrece grandes oportunidades para que el revendedor aporte soluciones y apoye a su cliente &#8211; el usuario final. La administraci\u00f3n de dispositivos m\u00f3viles (MDM por sus siglas en ingl\u00e9s), es un paso natural para los distribuidores, mientras los servicios gestionados se convierten en el est\u00e1ndar aceptado para dar apoyo a la infraestructura de las TI de una empresa. Los cambios son oportunidades, y los mexicanos saben c\u00f3mo sacarles provecho.
