La educaci\u00f3n es uno de los rubros que aun no se ha explotado firmemente en nuestra naci\u00f3n. Aunque hay varios esfuerzos por llevar la digitalizaci\u00f3n y tecnolog\u00eda adyacente, instituciones privadas y universidades de nivel superior parecen llevar la bandera de early adopters.<\/p>\n<p>Ruckus recomend\u00f3 a los interesados capacitarse en este segmento pues la tendencia dicta que m\u00e1s niveles, de m\u00e1s sectores comenzar\u00e1n prontamente a ver esto como estrat\u00e9gico para la educaci\u00f3n del futuro cercano. Al respecto, Jorge Avello, ingeniero de sistemas CALA de Ruckus Wireless coment\u00f3 que la perspectiva cambia, pues se trata de una demanda mucho m\u00e1s alta por metro cuadrado.<\/p>\n<p>Su propuesta para este ramo descansa en tres tipos de dispositivo: conexi\u00f3n por ruteador, Access Point y administraci\u00f3n de la infraestructura. S\u00f3lo necesitar\u00e1 realizar un contrato de prestaci\u00f3n de servicios acorde a las expectativas del cliente, y del resto la firma fabricante le ayudar\u00e1 a tener control granular de los recursos.<\/p>\n<p>Entrando al detalle, coment\u00f3 que la educaci\u00f3n se ha visto desde el punto de vista de los dispositivos, relegando a la infraestructura que los sostiene en el aire. Ciertamente, una mala experiencia de Wi-Fi para que 50 tabletas descarguen videos de YouTube terminar\u00eda por reducir la experiencia y atraer a las distracciones mientras termina de cargar la informaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Existen sistemas ONE en M\u00e9xico. Santillana es una de las editoriales en impulsar ello. La editorial monta en un carrito una bater\u00eda de tabletas con conexi\u00f3n Wi-Fi, dicha base con ruedas cuenta con la conexi\u00f3n inal\u00e1mbrica para que pueda llevarse a varios salones. Si tienes un AP de 300 Mbps y se usa para que cada tableta solicite 6 Mbps de video, lo que provoca es que no exista una paridad porque se les olvida la infraestructura&#8221;, coment\u00f3 la firma al respecto.<\/p>\n<p>Su propuesta entonces descansa en un dec\u00e1logo que funciona como soluci\u00f3n:<\/p>\n<p>1. Cobertura Wi-Fi en todas partes a partir de antenas con alta ganancia y alcance integrado.<br \/>2. Conectividad de clientes confiable<br \/>3. Soluci\u00f3n BYOD integrada<br \/>4. Puntos internos y externos gestionados como si fueran uno<br \/>5. Soporte multimedia<br \/>6. Entornos de gran densidad (direccionalidad de la banda y equidad de tiempo)<br \/>7. Eliminar lo m\u00e1s posible el uso de cables<br \/>8. Opciones de implementaci\u00f3n flexible<br \/>9. Desempe\u00f1o Wi-Fi uniforme a distancia<br \/>10. Configuraci\u00f3n y despliegue sencillos.<\/p>\n<p>Para lograrlo, una de las tecnolog\u00edas es BeamFlex+; t\u00e9cnicamente hablando, se trata de mandar la se\u00f1al de forma direccionada tal como si se tratara de un foco de luz de tungsteno versus una l\u00e1mpara sorda, donde se direcciona la cantidad disponible seg\u00fan la demanda en turno. Esto hace que el usuario tuviera un equivalente a 21 antenas a su servicio.<\/p>\n<p>SmartMesh por su parte, le ayudar\u00e1 a cablear poco y poner Access Points (AP) con mayor facilidad.
