La proyecci\u00f3n de conexiones 5G llegar\u00e1 a 1.100 millones al cierre del a\u00f1o en curso. Para LATAM y el Caribe la proyecci\u00f3n es de  22 millones de conexiones.<\/p>\n

\n

5G<\/strong><\/a> ya est\u00e1 aqu\u00ed. La implantaci\u00f3n de la red m\u00f3vil de quinta generaci\u00f3n cambiar\u00e1 la manera de comunicarnos, multiplicar\u00e1 la capacidad de las autopistas de la informaci\u00f3n y posibilitar\u00e1 que objetos cotidianos, desde nuestro refrigerador hasta los autom\u00f3viles, puedan conectarse (con nosotros y entre s\u00ed) en tiempo real.<\/p>\n

Su despliegue supone una aut\u00e9ntica revoluci\u00f3n tecnol\u00f3gica que permitir\u00e1, por ejemplo, realizar intervenciones quir\u00fargicas tele asistidas, desplegar flotas de veh\u00edculos aut\u00f3nomos o coordinar trabajos agr\u00edcolas mediante el uso de sensores instalados en distintos puntos de un campo de cultivo.<\/p>\n

Un estudio de Ericsson presenta que con el despliegue de los tel\u00e9fonos y redes 5G<\/a>, el potencial de negocio para el sector industrial en 2026 ser\u00e1 de unos USD$ 113 mil millones, marcando una cifra r\u00e9cord.<\/p>\n

En la misma l\u00ednea, un informe de Capgemini titulado ‘5G in industrial operations: How telcos and industrial companies stand to benefit’, afirma que \u201cel 80% de los l\u00edderes del sector industrial creen que el 5G ser\u00e1 vital para su digitalizaci\u00f3n en los pr\u00f3ximos 5 a\u00f1os\u201d<\/em>, es decir un cambio obligatorio si se quiere seguir el paso de esta Transformaci\u00f3n Digital.<\/p>\n

Dentro de los puntos favorables de la experiencia 5G podemos decir que con ella<\/h3>\n

las empresas pueden implementar m\u00e1s sensores y recopilar m\u00e1s datos de una manera mucho m\u00e1s segura y con una calidad de servicio (QoS) configurable. Estos nuevos conjuntos de datos permiten a las empresas generar mejor conocimiento. La tecnolog\u00eda 5G<\/a> ser\u00e1 un habilitador fundamental para todas las industrias.<\/p>\n

Por ejemplo, la velocidad y el ancho de banda que ofrece la tecnolog\u00eda 5G permite a las empresas aumentar el uso de la Inteligencia Artificial (IA) y la Automatizaci\u00f3n. Con ellas se pueden evitar errores en acciones como las inspecciones manuales realizadas en la l\u00ednea de montaje, dado que las t\u00e9cnicas definidas mediante computadores pueden entregar una mayor precisi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

Otro ejemplo se relaciona con la colaboraci\u00f3n en tiempo real basada en Realidad Aumentada, el 5G permite el intercambio virtual<\/strong><\/a> en tiempo real de im\u00e1genes, videos o instrucciones guiadas, lo que ayuda a desarrollar soluciones en un momento preciso.<\/p>\n

Y con un mayor ancho de banda, las tecnolog\u00edas como la Realidad Aumentada hacen posible que los expertos respondan a las solicitudes de soporte en m\u00faltiples ubicaciones sin tener que estar all\u00ed f\u00edsicamente. Este tipo de trabajo remoto permite un uso m\u00e1s eficiente del tiempo de las personas, al mientras disminuye gastos y resuelve problemas con mayor rapidez.<\/p>\n

Esta tecnolog\u00eda nos permitir\u00e1 crear experiencias y desarrollar nuevas soluciones, en resumen, con el 5G se est\u00e1 catapultando un cambio en el mundo que nos rodea que transformar\u00e1 nuestra realidad.<\/p>\n

Los sistemas de almacenamiento de datos seguir\u00e1n estando en el centro del procesamiento de la informaci\u00f3n gestionando grandes vol\u00famenes de datos, garantizando 100% de disponibilidad, velocidad de acceso a los datos en tiempo real, operaci\u00f3n \u00e1gil, protecci\u00f3n de datos y estrategias \u201canti-ransomware\u201d a nivel de hardware incluidas.<\/p>\n

Debemos asegurarnos de que nuestras plataformas de almacenamiento de datos est\u00e9n preparadas para integrar tambi\u00e9n la nueva revoluci\u00f3n digital que representa 5G.<\/p>\n
