{"id":47385,"date":"2022-08-03T11:25:51","date_gmt":"2022-08-03T16:25:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/boletin.com.mx\/?p=47385"},"modified":"2022-08-03T11:25:51","modified_gmt":"2022-08-03T16:25:51","slug":"bots-reemplazaran-a-los-humanos-mito-o-realidad","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/imprentaedicom.mx\/boletin2023\/2022\/08\/03\/bots-reemplazaran-a-los-humanos-mito-o-realidad\/","title":{"rendered":"Bots reemplazar\u00e1n a los humanos \u00bfmito o realidad?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>En los pr\u00f3ximos a\u00f1os el 72% de las compa\u00f1\u00edas trabajar\u00e1n con bots para automatizar labores.<\/p>\n<hr>\n<p>El arribo de nuevas tecnolog\u00edas como <strong>bots<\/strong> e inteligencia artificial para mejorar los procesos se ha ligado a dos estigmas estos son:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>El temor al reemplazo de la mano de obra humana.<\/li>\n<li>La insatisfacci\u00f3n laboral dentro de las empresas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>En esta nueva era, la&nbsp; industria de la automatizaci\u00f3n rob\u00f3tica de procesos vive un auge luego de la pandemia, y se estima que&nbsp; valdr\u00e1 unos 12 mil millones de d\u00f3lares para 2023, seg\u00fan <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thinkautomation.com\/automation-advice\/the-global-process-automation-market-statistics-you-need-to-know\/\">Think Automation<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>La consultora tecnol\u00f3gica <a href=\"https:\/\/enterprisersproject.com\/article\/2019\/9\/rpa-robotic-process-automation-14-stats\">Gartner<\/a>&nbsp; predice que para los pr\u00f3ximos dos a\u00f1os el 72% de las compa\u00f1\u00edas trabajar\u00e1n con robots de software (<strong>bots<\/strong>)&nbsp; para automatizar labores. \u00bfeso significa que se vienen una ola de despidos?<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan el estudio &#8220;The Workforce in Europe&#8221; realizado por ADP:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>&nbsp;El 28% de la fuerza de trabajo europea le preocupa que, en alg\u00fan momento, su trabajo se haga de forma autom\u00e1tica.<\/li>\n<li>El 15% cree que esto ocurrir\u00e1&nbsp; en cinco a\u00f1os.<\/li>\n<li>El 28% cree que en diez. a\u00f1os se automatizar\u00e1 su puesto.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Rafael Fuentes cofundador y Director Comercial de Rocketbot&nbsp;<\/strong> qui\u00e9n ha formado parte de m\u00e1s de 500 proyectos&nbsp; de Integraci\u00f3n de<strong> RPA<\/strong> en distintas empresas de Latinoam\u00e9rica y Europa, asegura que en m\u00e1s de un 95% no involucran despidos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 80px;\"><em>Lo que en verdad ocurre, es que los trabajadores se desligan de las tareas mon\u00f3tonas y repetitivas y adquieren nuevas funciones, adem\u00e1s de que se crean puestos destinados a la automatizaci\u00f3n.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>La&nbsp; encuesta de <a href=\"https:\/\/digitalworkplace-tecnologiaparatuempresa.ituser.es\/noticias-y-actualidad\/2020\/08\/los-empleados-creen-que-la-profundizacion-en-la-digitalizacion-les-beneficia\">ServiceNow<\/a> revel\u00f3 que, al implementar RPA e inteligencia artificial en empresas, ayuda a&nbsp; los empleados a sentirse m\u00e1s satisfechos con sus trabajos, aumentan la productividad e incrementan el tiempo que pueden dedicar a tareas creativas y de mayor valor a\u00f1adido.<\/p>\n<p>Otra de las tendencias al implementar <strong>bots<\/strong> para automatizar procesos, seg\u00fan explica el ejecutivo de <strong>Rocketbot<\/strong>, es la de la capacitaci\u00f3n masiva de trabajadores, para que sean ellos mismos quienes programen y manipulen los <em>bots<\/em>, sin necesidad de <strong>expertos en TI.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 80px;\"><em>\u201cTenemos varios ejemplos con empresas financieras en Latinoam\u00e9rica y de producci\u00f3n industrial en Europa donde las compa\u00f1\u00edas destinan, dentro del plan de digitalizaci\u00f3n, la capacitaci\u00f3n para que ellos trabajen directamente con el robot, mejorando su productividad y sumando conocimientos. Incluso hay firmas que han instaurado el r\u00e9gimen de \u2018un trabajador, un bot\u2019.
