Los cambios en el comportamiento de los consumidores de la pandemia han llegado para quedarse<\/p>\n

La pandemia<\/strong><\/a> aceler\u00f3 el comercio electr\u00f3nico en M\u00e9xico, los consumidores incrementaron el uso de\u00a0 aplicaciones y plataformas con mayor frecuencia para sus compras.<\/p>\n

Seg\u00fan la s\u00e9ptima edici\u00f3n del informe State of Marketing de Salesforce<\/strong><\/a>, a nivel mundial, el 60% de las interacciones de los consumidores con las empresas han sido digitales, frente al 42% de antes de la pandemia.<\/p>\n

En el mismo estudio, el 87% de los especialistas en mercadotecnia en M\u00e9xico, dijo que la pandemia cambi\u00f3 su estrategia de relaci\u00f3n digital, mientras que el 88% dijo que hubo un cambio en la mezcla de sus canales de comercializaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

El comercio conversacional es el seguimiento en un chat en tiempo real a trav\u00e9s de una plataforma de mensajer\u00eda entre los representantes de la marca y los clientes, personalizando la interacci\u00f3n humana y mejorando la experiencia de compra.<\/p>\n

“Abordar las nuevas demandas del consumidor en una era post-pand\u00e9mica s\u00f3lo se conseguir\u00e1 a partir de un completo conocimiento de las mismas en cualquier tama\u00f1o de empresa” <\/em>Deborah Palacios Wanzo, presidenta y cofundadora de Tuvis.<\/p>\n
