{"id":47284,"date":"2022-07-28T17:28:10","date_gmt":"2022-07-28T22:28:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/boletin.com.mx\/?p=47284"},"modified":"2022-07-28T17:28:10","modified_gmt":"2022-07-28T22:28:10","slug":"7-tips-para-implementar-cfdi-4-0-y-evitar-sanciones-en-2023","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/imprentaedicom.mx\/boletin2023\/2022\/07\/28\/7-tips-para-implementar-cfdi-4-0-y-evitar-sanciones-en-2023\/","title":{"rendered":"7 tips para implementar CFDI 4.0 y evitar sanciones en 2023"},"content":{"rendered":"<h5 style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Los expertos de Box Factura comparten los por menores que deben tomar en cuenta las empresas para implementar CFDI 4.0.<\/em><\/h5>\n<hr \/>\n<p>La decisi\u00f3n del <strong>SAT<\/strong> para establecer una nueva pr\u00f3rroga para la entrada en vigor del <strong>CFDI 4.0<\/strong>, est\u00e1 teniendo un fuerte impacto en la gesti\u00f3n fiscal, administrativa y contable de millones de contribuyentes en el pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p>La principal raz\u00f3n es la baj\u00edsima adopci\u00f3n de esta modalidad: de acuerdo con el Informe Tributario y de Gesti\u00f3n del Primer Trimestre de 2022 del SAT, se emitieron m\u00e1s de 2,299 millones de facturas electr\u00f3nicas, de las cuales, 99.72% corresponden a la versi\u00f3n 3.3 y el resto a la versi\u00f3n 4.0, es decir, s\u00f3lo 0.28%, menos del 1%.<\/p>\n<p>Uno de los principales problemas, tiene que ver con la obtenci\u00f3n de la Constancia de Situaci\u00f3n Fiscal, necesaria para la emisi\u00f3n de comprobantes 4.0, un tr\u00e1mite que ha resultado un dolor de cabeza para empresas y para la propia autoridad.<\/p>\n<p>Otro factor es la enorme cantidad de empleados a los que se les solicit\u00f3 este documento (m\u00e1s de 47 millones de personas, seg\u00fan la Secretar\u00eda de Hacienda), lo que ha implicado una gran complejidad en las oficinas f\u00edsicas de atenci\u00f3n, adem\u00e1s de la saturaci\u00f3n de servicios de plataformas electr\u00f3nicas que el SAT puso a disposici\u00f3n de los contribuyentes.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-full wp-image-47289\" src=\"https:\/\/boletin.com.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/RafaelSoto-BoxFactura.jpg\" alt=\"Rafael Soto Box Factura\" width=\"304\" height=\"316\" \/>Por si fuera poco, la quinta ola de contagios de <a href=\"https:\/\/boletin.com.mx\/tag\/covid-19\/\"><strong>COVID-19<\/strong><\/a> y los riesgos sanitarios que se derivan tanto para funcionarios y servidores p\u00fablicos como para los propios ciudadanos, se sumaron a la lista de factores adversos que han impedido una r\u00e1pida adopci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo con <strong>Rafael Soto, CEO de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.boxfactura.com\/\">Box Factura<\/a><\/strong>, postergar la entrada en vigor obligatoria del CFDI 4.0 para el 1 de enero del 2023 es una decisi\u00f3n acertada por parte del SAT, ya que permitir\u00e1 que durante los pr\u00f3ximos meses los contribuyentes puedan familiarizarse con las implicaciones de este cambio y trabajar en la implementaci\u00f3n de procesos internos en las empresas y la adquisici\u00f3n de tecnolog\u00edas que permitan estar preparados para no incurrir en sanciones de la autoridad.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Recomendaciones para acelerar la implementaci\u00f3n del CFDI 4.0<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Aprovechar la oportunidad para subir tu negocio a la ola de transformaci\u00f3n digital:<\/strong> eventualmente el plazo se cumplir\u00e1 y es mejor si lo haces antes de que llegue el pr\u00f3ximo a\u00f1o. Considera que m\u00e1s que la adquisici\u00f3n de tecnolog\u00eda, la transformaci\u00f3n digital es un cambio cultural.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Revisa tus pol\u00edticas de gobernanza y cumplimiento:<\/strong> la autoridad seguir\u00e1 recrudeciendo las obligaciones fiscales con una finalidad recaudatoria, lo que obligar\u00e1 a las empresas a revelar m\u00e1s informaci\u00f3n en aras de un control m\u00e1s estricto del contribuyente.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Acelerar la obtenci\u00f3n de la Constancia de Situaci\u00f3n Fiscal lo antes posible<\/strong> aprovechando las facilidades que ha brindado la autoridad, por ejemplo a trav\u00e9s de plataformas virtuales. Si es necesario, dar facilidades a tus empleados para obtener este documento.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Invertir en una herramienta tecnol\u00f3gica<\/strong> que ayude a realizar la emisi\u00f3n de comprobantes 4.0 cumpliendo con los requisitos del SAT.
