{"id":46977,"date":"2022-07-01T11:54:05","date_gmt":"2022-07-01T16:54:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/boletin.com.mx\/?p=46977"},"modified":"2022-07-01T11:54:05","modified_gmt":"2022-07-01T16:54:05","slug":"fortiguard-labs-y-telmex-scitum-descubren-malware-que-suplanta-al-sat","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/imprentaedicom.mx\/boletin2023\/2022\/07\/01\/fortiguard-labs-y-telmex-scitum-descubren-malware-que-suplanta-al-sat\/","title":{"rendered":"FortiGuard Labs y Telmex-Scitum descubren malware que suplanta al SAT"},"content":{"rendered":"<h5 style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>La alianza estrat\u00e9gica entre Fortinet y Telmex\u2013Scitum descubre campa\u00f1a de malware para la regi\u00f3n de Am\u00e9rica Latina y el Caribe.<\/em><\/h5>\n<hr \/>\n<p>El reciente convenio de colaboraci\u00f3n para compartir informaci\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica sobre amenazas relacionadas con la ciberseguridad firmado por <a href=\"https:\/\/boletin.com.mx\/videovigilancia-y-seguridad-ti\/telmex-scitum-y-fortinet-colaboraran-en-en-materia-de-ciberseguridad\/\"><strong>Fortinet<\/strong> y <strong>Telmex\u2013Scitum<\/strong><\/a> en M\u00e9xico arroj\u00f3 sus primeros resultados al detectar una nueva campa\u00f1a de malware trojano, nombrada \u201c<strong>BlackParty<\/strong>\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>El malware fue descubierto por el equipo de inteligencia de amenazas de <strong>Scitum<\/strong>, que comparti\u00f3 las informaciones con el <strong>FortiGuard Labs<\/strong> de <a href=\"https:\/\/boletin.com.mx\/videovigilancia-y-seguridad-ti\/fortinet-revela-aumento-exponencial-de-ciberataques-en-mexico\/\"><strong>Fortinet<\/strong><\/a> para una actuaci\u00f3n conjunta contra la amenaza.<\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo con los expertos, BlackParty tiene como objetivo principal agregar dispositivos infectados a una <em>botnet<\/em> y luego llevar a cabo actividades maliciosas como el robo de informaci\u00f3n y el control total del dispositivo infectado.<\/p>\n<p><strong>BlackParty<\/strong> fue descubierto en el mes de mayo de 2022 al detectar correos de <em>phishing<\/em> que llevaban a un sitio web falso que buscaba suplantar la identidad del <strong>Servicio de Administraci\u00f3n Tributaria<\/strong> de M\u00e9xico, cuya interfaz era id\u00e9ntica al sitio leg\u00edtimo. El sitio mostraba luego una ventana emergente en la que le ped\u00eda a la v\u00edctima que ingresara un captcha y luego descargara un manual de usuario sobre c\u00f3mo usar el sitio web. La carpeta llamada &#8220;Sat.zip&#8221; conten\u00eda el malware encargado de descargar, descomprimir y ejecutar el archivo para establecer conexi\u00f3n con el centro de comando y control del atacante.<\/p>\n<p>El <strong>malware<\/strong> est\u00e1 actuando en distintos pa\u00edses de Am\u00e9rica Latina, llegando a las v\u00edctimas por correos o mensajes de phishing que llevan a p\u00e1ginas falsas locales. Los datos recopilados de los dispositivos infectados incluyen:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Identificador \u00fanico de la v\u00edctima<\/li>\n<li>Sistema operativo<\/li>\n<li>Antivirus instalado en el dispositivo<\/li>\n<li>Arquitectura del sistema operativo<\/li>\n<li>Validaci\u00f3n de permisos de usuario<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Con la informaci\u00f3n compartida, el equipo de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fortiguard.com\/\"><strong>FortiGuard Labs<\/strong><\/a> se asegur\u00f3 de poder contar con los medios para las detecciones de esta amenaza por los diferentes vectores de ataque, agregando los Indicadores de Compromiso (IoC) a las soluciones de Fortinet, respetando el nombre otorgado por Scitum. La informaci\u00f3n sobre el nuevo malware fue agregada a la enciclopedia de amenazas p\u00fablica de FortiGuard Labs.<\/p>\n<p>En adici\u00f3n, esto permiti\u00f3 a Fortinet utilizar los sensores desplegados a nivel global para poder monitorear el alcance de la campa\u00f1a. En Am\u00e9rica Latina, por ejemplo, BlackParty ha sido detectada m\u00e1s de 500 veces desde que fue descubierta. Todas las URL relevantes han sido calificadas como &#8220;sitios web maliciosos&#8221; por el servicio de filtrado web de Fortinet, alimentado por la inteligencia de amenazas de FortiGuard Labs.<\/p>\n<h2>Recomendaciones para protegerse de malware<\/h2>\n<p>La protecci\u00f3n m\u00e1s efectiva es siempre la concienciaci\u00f3n del usuario final. Hacer que todos los empleados sepan c\u00f3mo identificar correos electr\u00f3nicos y mensajes sospechosos, adem\u00e1s de entender c\u00f3mo funciona una campa\u00f1a de <em>phishing<\/em>. El curso gratuito de Fortinet NSE 1 \u2013 Conciencia de seguridad de la informaci\u00f3n incluye un m\u00f3dulo sobre amenazas de Internet, dise\u00f1ado para ayudar a los usuarios finales a aprender c\u00f3mo identificar y protegerse contra los ataques de <em>phishing<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, las soluciones de ciberseguridad avanzadas ayudan a las organizaciones a mantenerse protegidas.
