El CRM, m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de su esencia como desarrollo tecnol\u00f3gico, se identifica m\u00e1s como un modelo de gesti\u00f3n, el cual tiene como fin aprovechar el uso de la informaci\u00f3n que se desprende a partir de la relaci\u00f3n con los clientes, para poder conocer, interactuar y hacer m\u00e1s eficiente la operaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>No es un secreto que muchas empresas, especialmente las pymes, no reciben el mismo financiamiento en comparaci\u00f3n a las grandes compa\u00f1\u00edas, lo cual dificulta su crecimiento. El 44% de los empresarios de las <a href=\"https:\/\/boletin.com.mx\/videovigilancia-y-seguridad-ti\/empleados-de-mipymes-tienen-practicas-de-ciberseguridad-inseguras\/\"><strong>PyMES<\/strong><\/a>, se\u00f1ala que la falta de inversi\u00f3n en nuevas tecnolog\u00edas se debe a la poca existencia de sistemas dise\u00f1ados especialmente para sus necesidades.<\/p>\n<p>Estas empresas se enfrentan a retos como: escasa inversi\u00f3n en infraestructura tecnol\u00f3gica, ausencia de entornos de respaldo de informaci\u00f3n, indecisi\u00f3n sobre la infraestructura digital a escoger, plataformas comerciales limitadas y falta de personal t\u00e9cnico en inform\u00e1tica.<\/p>\n<p>El tener este tipo de software de gesti\u00f3n, permitir\u00e1 a las empresas, concentrar toda la informaci\u00f3n de sus clientes y con ello personalizar su experiencia. \u00bfQu\u00e9 pensar\u00edas si pudieras dise\u00f1ar una propuesta de venta que considere (y pretenda satisfacer) todos y cada uno de los potenciales intereses de tu cliente y\/o prospecto?, conociendo sus h\u00e1bitos de compra, sus gustos, sus necesidades, etc., seguramente estar\u00edas muy cerca de conseguir tu objetivo.<\/p>\n<p>Este sistema te apoyar\u00e1 a no perder oportunidades en ning\u00fan momento para tu negocio o clientes potenciales. Te permite programar recordatorios e incluso automatizar los procesos manuales.<\/p>\n<p>El que se implemente un <strong>CRM<\/strong> dentro de tu organizaci\u00f3n ayudar\u00e1 a agilizar los procesos empresariales y conectar\u00e1 los datos de los clientes para crear relaciones con ellos, aumentar la productividad y mejorar la interacci\u00f3n con ellos.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s de gestionar las relaciones con el cliente, suele centrarse en la automatizaci\u00f3n y optimizaci\u00f3n de los procesos de venta, marketing, servicios de campo y atenci\u00f3n al cliente.
