Epson<\/strong><\/a> dio a conocer la selecci\u00f3n de Nawaiam<\/strong>, una empresa argentina que por medio de un videojuego, utiliza la inteligencia artificial y la ciencia de datos para optimizar procesos de selecci\u00f3n y contrataci\u00f3n de recursos humanos de una manera l\u00fadica e innovadora, para transformar su \u00e1rea de Recursos Humanos.<\/p>\n

La incorporaci\u00f3n de Nawaiam<\/strong> le permitir\u00e1 a Epson, la selecci\u00f3n final de aspirantes a sus vacantes. El proceso est\u00e1 basado en tecnolog\u00edas de Machine Learning<\/strong> (ML) e Inteligencia Artificial<\/strong><\/a> (IA) que tiene el juego para poder detectar habilidades naturales y predisposici\u00f3n para el desarrollo de competencias. Esto le permite al departamento de recursos humanos impactar al negocio con velocidad, optimizar tiempos y obtener informaci\u00f3n que les permite visibilizar la compatibilidad entre el perfil del cargo y el del candidato.<\/p>\n

A trav\u00e9s de un comunicado, Antonio Ferreira, Director HR de Epson Latinoam\u00e9rica,<\/strong> explic\u00f3 que los resultados de Nawaiam<\/strong> \u201cnos permitir\u00e1n conocer nuevos perfiles de una manera eficiente y precisa ayud\u00e1ndonos en la toma decisiones de los procesos de selecci\u00f3n, como tambi\u00e9n en el desarrollo interno, ya que al tener conocimiento de nuestros talentos y sus aptitudes se vuelve posible apoyar de manera m\u00e1s eficiente el crecimiento, adem\u00e1s de mejorar la experiencia de los candidatos con Epson<\/a>\u201d.<\/p>\n

Nawaiam<\/strong> fue lanzado al mercado en febrero de 2020, previo a la pandemia por COVID-19<\/strong><\/a>. En este periodo, se desarroll\u00f3 como una alternativa tecnol\u00f3gica con factores que la diferencian en el mercado como la inclusi\u00f3n, la innovaci\u00f3n, la conveniencia en cuanto a costos y, sobre todo, el hecho de que se puede desarrollar sin tener contacto f\u00edsico, caracter\u00edstica que hoy permite evitar riesgos, salvaguardando al personal.<\/p>\n

La herramienta busca detectar los comportamientos naturales del usuario, para obtener su perfil laboral, con base en las conductas, acciones y decisiones tomadas en las diferentes situaciones y obst\u00e1culos propuestos por el juego. El sistema lograr\u00e1 detectar habilidades naturales de los evaluados y su predisposici\u00f3n para el desarrollo de determinadas competencias. Al finalizar el videojuego, el usuario recibir\u00e1 una descripci\u00f3n de su propio perfil conductual.<\/p>\n

\u201cHerramientas como Nawaiam llegaron para deconstruir esquemas m\u00e1s que instalados y son tendencia frente al nuevo mundo que transitamos.
