Eaton<\/a>, empresa especialista en soluciones de protecci\u00f3n de energ\u00eda, dio a conocer que recibi\u00f3 la certificaci\u00f3n Top Employers 2021<\/strong>, otorgada a aquellas empresas que entienden que sus colaboradores son los ejes fundamentales para la generaci\u00f3n, desarrollo y consolidaci\u00f3n de cada divisi\u00f3n de negocio.<\/p>\n

El reconocimiento consta de una rigurosa evaluaci\u00f3n en la que se califican seis rubros como: Direcci\u00f3n, Formaci\u00f3n, Atracci\u00f3n de<\/strong> Talento, Desarrollo, Compromiso y Unidad<\/strong>, que a su vez incluye, 20 temas, tales como: Entorno Laboral, Aprendizaje, Bienestar, Sustentabilidad e Inclusi\u00f3n y Diversidad, entre otros<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
