La actividad comercial digital en Latinoam\u00e9rica dio un importante salto en 2020; un progreso que tardar\u00eda a\u00f1os ocurri\u00f3 en un par de meses. Por ejemplo, Mercado Libre<\/strong> agreg\u00f3 un 45% de nuevos clientes en marzo de 2020 en comparaci\u00f3n con el mismo mes de 2019.<\/p>\n

Un estudio realizado por VISA en mayo de 2020, con clientes de Argentina, Brasil, Chile, M\u00e9xico<\/strong> y Rep\u00fablica Dominicana<\/strong>, mostr\u00f3 que, durante la pandemia, los pagos en efectivo se limitaron a un 44%. El 72% de la poblaci\u00f3n en estos pa\u00edses ha utilizado tarjetas de d\u00e9bito y el 63% ha utilizado tarjetas de cr\u00e9dito.<\/p>\n

Estos datos demuestran los grandes cambios en el comportamiento de los mercados latinoamericanos y es fundamental que los altos directivos de los canales comprendan este escenario y reinventen sus negocios en 2021.<\/p>\n

\"Canales\"<\/p>\n

Principales tendencias para los canales en 2021.<\/h2>\n
    \n
  1. Fusiones y adquisiciones:<\/strong> La ola de fusiones y adquisiciones ha llegado a Latinoam\u00e9rica y est\u00e1 impulsando una consolidaci\u00f3n de los canales. En este momento, las compa\u00f1\u00edas y negocios m\u00e1s grandes y con mayor liquidez est\u00e1n buscando socios con experiencia en servicios. En algunos casos, en lugar de una adquisici\u00f3n, se ha forjado una alianza entre los socios de los canales que cuentan con una oferta complementaria y cobertura geogr\u00e1fica.<\/li>\n
  2. Computaci\u00f3n en nube:<\/strong> El inter\u00e9s de los socios de los canales por adquirir conocimientos en computaci\u00f3n en la nube \u2014y tener acceso a nuevas oportunidades\u2014 est\u00e1 creciendo r\u00e1pidamente. El crecimiento en el uso de la nube en toda Latinoam\u00e9rica forma parte del cuadro. De acuerdo con el instituto de investigaci\u00f3n MarketWatch<\/strong>, para 2024 el uso de soluciones y servicios en la nube en nuestra regi\u00f3n representar\u00e1 un mercado de $51,500 millones de d\u00f3lares. Dicha cantidad representa una oportunidad para que los socios vayan m\u00e1s all\u00e1 del modelo tradicional de venta de soluciones en las instalaciones e inviertan en ventas recurrentes para sus clientes.<\/li>\n
  3. Computaci\u00f3n en el borde de la red:<\/strong> En 2021, las nuevas aplicaciones seguir\u00e1n llevando a las compa\u00f1\u00edas usuarias latinoamericanas a buscar soluciones de computaci\u00f3n en el borde basadas en centros de datos modulares para acelerar el procesamiento de datos y ofrecerles una mejor Experiencia de Usuario (UX) a los clientes internos y externos. En nuestra regi\u00f3n Brasil es el l\u00edder en soluciones de computaci\u00f3n en el borde de la red y cabe destacar que existen miles de Proveedores de Servicios de Internet (ISP) distribuidos en todo el pa\u00eds que buscan este tipo de soluci\u00f3n. Brasil es seguido de cerca por M\u00e9xico, Chile y Uruguay.<\/li>\n
  4. Transmisi\u00f3n de video en directo y 5G:<\/strong> La industria del entretenimiento est\u00e1 experimentando cambios, los cuales hacen que los consumidores de la regi\u00f3n busquen acceso a Internet por parte de proveedores de telecomunicaciones que cuenten con una ubicaci\u00f3n cercana a donde se consumen los datos. Esto hace que la industria de telecomunicaciones sea una de las que m\u00e1s necesite soluciones avanzadas de infraestructura cr\u00edtica en 2021. A medida que inicien los lanzamientos de la red 5G, habr\u00e1 una mayor demanda de centros de datos modulares. Las redes 5G solo entrar\u00e1n en funcionamiento en la regi\u00f3n hasta 2027.<\/li>\n
  5. Servidores y UPS:<\/strong> Otra \u00e1rea con grandes oportunidades para los socios especializados en infraestructura cr\u00edtica es la venta de sistemas UPS<\/a> y servidores. Han quedado atr\u00e1s los tiempos en que estos dispositivos pod\u00edan comprarse para implementaciones independientes. La creciente criticidad de los negocios digitales requiere que los servidores y UPS deban integrarse en una infraestructura \u00fanica, segura, manejable y de alto rendimiento. En 2021, la mayor complejidad del mundo digital requerir\u00e1 que los servidores y UPS se incluyan en un proyecto que pueda utilizar centros de datos modulares, por parte de un socio capacitado y cualificado seg\u00fan las buenas pr\u00e1cticas de infraestructura cr\u00edtica. Para acelerar a\u00fan m\u00e1s las oportunidades relacionadas con estas soluciones, Vertiv, junto con Dell, Lenovo y HPE, ofrece paquetes completos de infraestructura cr\u00edtica.<\/li>\n
  6. Integraci\u00f3n de TI y OT:<\/strong> Finalmente, un \u00e1rea estrat\u00e9gica para la generaci\u00f3n comercial de socios en 2021 son las integraciones entre TO<\/a> (Tecnolog\u00eda Operativa) y TI. Esta oportunidad tambi\u00e9n incluye todos los requisitos para el procesamiento cr\u00edtico de los entornos del IIoT<\/a> e IoT en general. Entre m\u00e1s conocimiento tenga un socio sobre industrias espec\u00edficas (metales, mec\u00e1nica, pl\u00e1sticos, procesos, etc.), mejor posicionado estar\u00e1 para proponer soluciones de infraestructura cr\u00edtica compatibles con la continuidad de los procesos industriales y que garanticen su integraci\u00f3n con el \u00e1rea de TI.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    En 2021, la infraestructura cr\u00edtica de Latinoam\u00e9rica continuar\u00e1 expandi\u00e9ndose para dar soporte a las aplicaciones como los edificios inteligentes y las ciudades inteligentes<\/a>, la telesalud, la automatizaci\u00f3n de las plantas industriales, el aprendizaje electr\u00f3nico y el trabajo remoto. Cada una de estas aplicaciones es una oportunidad empresarial para los socios. Los mejores socios ser\u00e1n aquellos que conf\u00edan en la tecnolog\u00eda y el conocimiento para desarrollar soluciones que garanticen de forma efectiva la continuidad empresarial para sus clientes.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
