{"id":38896,"date":"2020-07-10T16:53:52","date_gmt":"2020-07-10T21:53:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/boletin.com.mx\/?p=38896"},"modified":"2020-07-10T16:53:52","modified_gmt":"2020-07-10T21:53:52","slug":"smartphones-impresoras-smart-tvs-y-notebooks-lo-mas-solicitado","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/imprentaedicom.mx\/boletin2023\/2020\/07\/10\/smartphones-impresoras-smart-tvs-y-notebooks-lo-mas-solicitado\/","title":{"rendered":"Smartphones, impresoras, smart TVs y notebooks lo m\u00e1s solicitado"},"content":{"rendered":"<h5 style=\"text-align: center;\">La pandemia por el COVID-19 afect\u00f3 el consumo de empresas y personas enfocando su inversi\u00f3n en productos clave para la productividad y entretenimiento.<\/h5>\n<hr \/>\n<p>La coyuntura actual por la pandemia de <a href=\"https:\/\/boletin.com.mx\/industria-tic\/icd-revela-panorama-de-inversiones-en-ti-luego-del-covid-19\/\">COVID-19<\/a> ha causado m\u00faltiples cambios a nivel global, afectando tambi\u00e9n y de forma significativa las m\u00faltiples industrias de los pa\u00edses de Latinoam\u00e9rica y, por ende, la econom\u00eda regional.<\/p>\n<p>En este sentido, la consultora de mercados <a href=\"https:\/\/boletin.com.mx\/industria-tic\/idc-revela-que-el-mercado-de-moviles-se-desacelera-por-el-covid-19\/\">IDC<\/a> analiz\u00f3 los principales efectos de la actual crisis sanitaria sobre los mercados de la tecnolog\u00eda y tendencias del consumidor en Latinoam\u00e9rica.<\/p>\n<p>Enfocada en los usuarios, las principales tendencias y los gastos a lo largo de los \u00faltimos meses, <strong>Paola Soriano, Directora de Investigaci\u00f3n de Dispositivos de Consumo y Comercial en IDC Latinoam\u00e9rica<\/strong>, recalca que, la \u2018nueva normalidad\u2019 est\u00e1 cambiando las necesidades del consumidor y creando nuevas oportunidades tales como el <a href=\"https:\/\/boletin.com.mx\/tecnologias\/ecommerce-y-home-office-prioridades-de-las-empresas-en-mexico\/\">eCommerce<\/a>, el entretenimiento o nuevas formas de pago, cuyo uso ha aumentado de manera exponencial en gran parte de los pa\u00edses de Latinoam\u00e9rica.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 80px;\"><em>\u201cHoy, vemos c\u00f3mo los usuarios est\u00e1n priorizando m\u00e1s sus gastos en \u00e1reas de salud, o teniendo el hogar conectado y realizando homeschooling y home office, lo cual da un giro a las necesidades b\u00e1sicas, al necesitar una notebook, tablet, smartphone, monitor, etc.\u201d, indic\u00f3.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>La pandemia ha afectado el consumo de las personas en m\u00e1s del 50% para todos los pa\u00edses de la regi\u00f3n, cuyos usuarios, hoy se encuentran con una reducci\u00f3n del 21% en sus ingresos mensuales; por lo que las inversiones de estos han cambiado, destacando en el \u00e1rea de la tecnolog\u00eda en general, \u201cdonde el gasto para soluciones de hardware, software y IT services se ver\u00e1 reducido este a\u00f1o alrededor del 2%, con una recuperaci\u00f3n para el 2021 del 9%\u201d, menciona Soriano, agregando que \u201cel hardware es la tecnolog\u00eda que actualmente recrea mayor inversi\u00f3n con el 61% de participaci\u00f3n en el mercado a nivel regional, teniendo como principales atractivos smartphones y PCs\u201d, destaca.<\/p>\n<p>Por su lado y enfocado en compras de dispositivos electr\u00f3nicos v\u00eda online y penetraci\u00f3n del e-commerce en los distintos pa\u00edses de la regi\u00f3n, <strong>Oliver Aguilar, Gerente de Investigaci\u00f3n de Dispositivos M\u00f3viles y de Consumo en IDC M\u00e9xico<\/strong>, explica que los smartphones juegan un rol importante en este sector de la industria TI \u201cformando parte de la canasta b\u00e1sica digital, por lo que siguen siendo, en gran medida, parte de las b\u00fasquedas y deseos de los consumidores, al igual que Smart TV\u201d. Asimismo, afirma que, de acuerdo con encuestas realizadas por la firma, la mayor\u00eda de los consumidores se han dado cuenta de la amplitud y prolongaci\u00f3n de la pandemia, \u201cpor lo que se ve un alza en la b\u00fasqueda de opciones de entretenimiento como videojuegos, impresoras y tablets\u201d, declara.<\/p>\n<p>A su vez, <strong>Reinaldo Sakis, Gerente de Investigaci\u00f3n de Dispositivos M\u00f3viles y de Consumo en IDC Brasil<\/strong>, recalca que, en efecto, hay un \u201calza importante en la participaci\u00f3n del <strong>eCommerce<\/strong> en los mercados a nivel regional, donde las personas apuntan a estas tiendas en l\u00ednea como parte de la coyuntura actual y que seguir\u00e1 as\u00ed en el futuro\u201d, garantiza.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Mercado de Dispositivos 2020: an\u00e1lisis y conclusiones <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Si bien la b\u00fasqueda de dispositivos m\u00f3viles, tales como <strong>tablets<\/strong>, smartphones, <strong>notebooks<\/strong>, <strong>impresoras<\/strong>, <strong>Smart TVs<\/strong> y <strong>videojuegos<\/strong> entre otros elementos tecnol\u00f3gicos, han sido recurrentes por parte de los consumidores, los expertos afirman que, en comparaci\u00f3n a las proyecciones pre-pandemia, el gasto real de la industria tendr\u00e1 un decrecimiento este a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<p>Por otro lado, el <strong>eCommerce<\/strong> fue destacado por los especialistas como una herramienta que \u201clleg\u00f3 para quedarse\u201d, resaltando la confianza del usuario en las plataformas digitales como un elemento clave para dar continuidad a la forma de pago online, usado por parte de los consumidores antes de la pandemia, pero a la que hoy se han sumado miles de personas m\u00e1s realizando por primera vez este tipo de pago.<\/p>\n<p>Desde <strong>IDC<\/strong> aseguran que dar uso a la tercera plataforma o herramientas en las que intervenga la Transformaci\u00f3n Digital como <strong>Customer Experience<\/strong> y <strong>Omnichannel<\/strong> ser\u00e1n clave para poder resurgir este sector del mercado.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La pandemia por el COVID-19 afect\u00f3 el consumo de empresas y personas enfocando su inversi\u00f3n en productos clave para la productividad y entretenimiento.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":4,"featured_media":38897,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[16,72,29],"tags":[55,345,871],"class_list":["post-38896","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-home-2","category-industria-tic","category-tecnologias","tag-electronica-de-consumo","tag-idc","tag-idc-mexico"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.2 -
