La impresi\u00f3n puede tener m\u00e1rgenes favorables para el canal si tiene un ecosistema detr\u00e1s que lo soporte. Es decir, tratar de emular la labor de un mayorista y adquirir un lote de cartuchos, para bajar as\u00ed el costo, no parece la mejor alternativa cuando puede resolverse con un programa que ya contempla una metodolog\u00eda, donde el canal tendr\u00e1 un margen mayor al que puede ofrecer un OEM.<\/p>\n<p>As\u00ed lo consider\u00f3 Luke Goldberg, EVP Global Sales and Marketing para Clover Imaging Group (CIG). <a href=\"http:\/\/sistemasboletin.polldaddy.com\/s\/clover200716\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">A partir de su programa GreenSweep<\/a>, podr\u00e1 tener un doble frente de acci\u00f3n. Una arista es ofensiva, ya que &#8220;permite tener una estrategia bastante agresiva en cuanto al precio, enfocado en los productos remanufacturados. Nuestros consumibles equivalentes tendr\u00e1n un costo muchos m\u00e1s atractivo que les permitir\u00e1 reconvertir a los clientes OEM que han perdido, ahora como parte de su cartera&#8221;, coment\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Una segunda arista, del tipo defensiva, le permitir\u00e1 al canal &#8220;convertir el negocio que todav\u00eda no tienen. Pero nuestro programa no se basa s\u00f3lo en el cartucho; es una estrategia integral que considera entrenamiento, marketing, capacitaci\u00f3n y soporte&#8221;, agreg\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dicha estrategia permite mostrarle una faz real a los canales interesados en desarrollar el nicho de mercado ya que consider\u00f3 que hasta el momento &#8220;no se hab\u00eda interesado en el mercado de accesorios y consumibles porque no ve\u00edan una alternativa real a lo ofrecido por OEM y por proceso de alternativas se quedaban con los estatutos del proveedor. Lo que hace GreenSweep es ser una alternativa real que no entrega un cartucho &#8211; no puedes agregar valor en hardware &#8211; sino que es una soluci\u00f3n con todo lo necesario para el desarrollo de la oportunidad que tengan frente de s\u00ed: los medidores de rendimiento, el software de administraci\u00f3n, el servicio postventa, la comunicaci\u00f3n multimarca de impresoras, la calidad de los productos&#8230;&#8221; enfatiz\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Al respecto de dicha calidad, record\u00f3 a los canales que CIG tiene material para compartir con los canales que permiten clarificar las dudas que pudiese tener el usuario final sobre la calidad de los equipos. &#8220;Hay una fuerte inversi\u00f3n en las plantas de manufactura con un cuerpo de ingenieros dedicados y procesos robotizados que nos aseguran un est\u00e1ndar de claidad muy alto en la industria. Hemos enfrentado los argumentos m\u00e1s diversos por m\u00e1s de 20 a\u00f1os en el mercado y podemos trasladar ese conocimiento al canal para convencer a sus propios clientes&#8221;, destac\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Respecto a la oportunidad, consider\u00f3 que la conversi\u00f3n del mercado OEM es una gran oportunidad puesto que Clover a nivel global tiene el 20% del mercado. Esto quiere decir que ir\u00e1n tras ese 80 por ciento restante para crecer inorg\u00e1nicamente, lo que resulta m\u00e1s sencillo que a la competencia. <a href=\"http:\/\/sistemasboletin.polldaddy.com\/s\/clover200716\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Interesante a destacar que GreenSweep<\/a> no considera al modelo de Servicios de Impresi\u00f3n Administrada (MPS) como \u00fanica posibilidad para incluir canal, sino tambi\u00e9n a los transaccionales.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Hay pocos canales realizando negocios saludables en el mercado donde nos ubicamos. La idea es mostrarles una real alternativa que mejore su SLA y los niveles que ello conlleva ante el usuario final&#8221;, consider\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Otro nicho de oportunidad que consider\u00f3 como viable es la posibilidad de agregar al portafolio canales con enfoque en la red, caso de VARs. &#8220;Adem\u00e1s de los canales dedicado a MPS y transaccional hya una oportunidad para aquello que ya tienen la confianza del cliente y operan sus redes, pues al agregar a las impresoras como una extensi\u00f3n m\u00e1s de su malla, Clover les ayuda a trav\u00e9s de la metodolog\u00eda, software y por supuesto hardware a garantizar la continuidad operacional de los equipos, por lo que no tienen que ser expertos. Simplemente agregar valor a los servicios que otorgan. Creemos que el mercado se mueve hacia la administraci\u00f3n&#8221;, consider\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Luke Goldberg de CIG denot\u00f3 que el grupo tiene varios a\u00f1os con presencia en el pais; sin embargo la regi\u00f3n es considerada como estrat\u00e9gica. Raz\u00f3n para incrementar su participaci\u00f3n hace m\u00e1s de un a\u00f1o con una infraestructura, stock, equipo de distribuci\u00f3n, que en conjunto les permite replicar las estrategias que llevan a cabo en latitudes como Estados Unidos, tropicalizadas en M\u00e9xico. &#8220;La raz\u00f3n para hacer incapi\u00e9 en el canal es que no tocamos al usuario final, la alianza es a trav\u00e9s del canal asociado&#8221;, remat\u00f3.
