La multinacional espa\u00f1ola Tecnocom reforzar\u00e1 su red global de Centros de Excelencia y Centros de Servicios en Iberia y Latinoam\u00e9rica, en la que trabajan m\u00e1s de 3000 profesionales, la mitad de la plantilla, centrados en el desarrollo de software. Una red que recoge m\u00e1s de veinte a\u00f1os de experiencia de Tecnocom en el desarrollo de software inmerso en los procesos de negocio de los clientes.<\/p>\n<p>Los Centros de Excelencia y Servicio trabajaran en un nuevo enfoque orientado al Outsourcing Estrat\u00e9gico o Multisourcing con el objetivo de mejorar su capacidad de respuesta a los nuevos requerimientos del negocio y los procesos internos del cliente. M\u00e1s all\u00e1 de una optimizaci\u00f3n de los costos, este enfoque busca beneficios a medio y largo plazo, donde los ahorros estar\u00e1n asociados a la mejora de la eficiencia, derivada de una producci\u00f3n industrializada. Adem\u00e1s, el nuevo modelo permitir\u00e1 eliminar todo tipo de barreras culturales, idiom\u00e1ticas y de distancia, con los equipos del cliente.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Certificaci\u00f3n CMMi Nivel 5<\/strong><br \/>La nueva estrategia tiene como soporte metodol\u00f3gico de este enfoque es el uso de modelos basados en CMMi, un instrumento muy potente que ayuda a organizar los servicios y proyectos basados en procesos, con el que trabaja Tecnocom desde hace m\u00e1s diez a\u00f1os y que ha culminado con la doble certificaci\u00f3n CMMi nivel 5, tanto en la constelaci\u00f3n de Desarrollo (DEV) que la de Servicios (SVC).<\/p>\n<p>Esta doble certificaci\u00f3n coloca a Tecnocom entre las 3 primeras empresas del mundo en haber logrado CMMi5 Multiconstelaci\u00f3n en Desarrollo y Servicios. La Constelaci\u00f3n de Desarrollo, se utiliza en Tecnocom para todo lo relacionado con proyectos de desarrollo e integraci\u00f3n. Por su parte, la Constelaci\u00f3n de Servicios, da soporte a la organizaci\u00f3n, no s\u00f3lo para los servicios de desarrollo sino tambi\u00e9n para toda la estrategia de servicios basados en centros de delivery.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Red Global<\/strong><br \/>Adem\u00e1s de sus oficinas principales en Espa\u00f1a, la empresa cuenta con centros de delivery en Ciudad de M\u00e9xico y Quer\u00e9taro.
